Located in the region of Varna Free University Alen Mak three kilometers from the resort Golden Sands. The nearest beach is 1.5 kilometers (door to door) and called Kabakum. You can use bus number 109 to Golden Sands, which stop is located across the house. Ticket costs 1,60 leva per person to the complex and it takes 12-15 minutes. Last stop is Riviera. If you are driving, keep in mind that parking is 5 lv per day, but you will not be allowed to drink beer on the beach.

On Kabakum beach Sands advise if you go by car it is early morning or late evening, or stop above the road, because to congestion and can take more than an hour and unnecessary aggravation. Again it depends on what months and days of the season. For example Saturday and Sunday there are many local people as beach is their favorite place from the time when Tsarevo was Michurin.



There is a bus number 409, which stops on the same side of the house towards the city center, bus station and all the way to the airport for 2 Lev and 30 st. Tickets are sold by conductor inside the bus. Two kilometers is Aladzha Monastery nature reserve one of the 100 national sites of Bulgaria. There are many local shops for shopping if you had forgotten something or need to top up. You can park in the yard and there is around the clock video surveillance. Quiet area with good neighbors, but please be considerate yet between the hours of 2-4 after 22:30 cannot play loud music. Please remember you are on vacation, but neighbors go to work!
