Dospat is located in a mountainous area in western parts of the Rhodope Mountains and with its 1358m altitude is the alpine town in Bulgaria. Near the town is Dospat dam. The spring comes late, the summer is cool and the autumn - warm.



Every year during the last weekend of August in Dospat is organized gathering with many folk and pop-folk songs and dances, entertainment, grill and beer. The tradition began in the 80-s as a gathering of cheshmarite under the auspices of the UN, since the area has built more than 180 roadside fountains donated by locals.



The guest house is located on the one of the main streets in Dospat. It was built at the beginning of 2000.



On the first floor there is a shared kitchen with dining area and TV. In the second floor are guest rooms, two of which with a balcony. Available for the guests is a garden and a cafe.
