Welcome to Flora Apartments with address Burgas, 39 and 41 Ivan Bogorov Street. We are not a hotel, but registered and categorized apartments for overnight stays located in one building with two entrances. We issue invoices and accept card payments.
Our 15 studios and 3 two-room apartments are located in a beautiful building, in operation since July 2016, located 5 minutes (200 m) walking distance from the beach and one of the central entrances to the Sea Garden in Burgas, known as Flora.
Most rooms have balconies and three of them have a wonderful view of the sea and the Sea Garden.
The furniture is hotel-type, modern and stylish. The building has luxuriously furnished common areas and an elevator. You will have many amenities at your disposal, as well as digital television with over 200 channels and high-speed wireless internet.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and TVs. There is a fully equipped kitchen
(only one of the rooms is without a stove) with a refrigerator, ceramic hobs, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery, as well as a hairdryer, iron and other amenities. There is a coffee machine 20 meters from the building in front of the Flora supermarket.
For guests staying more than 5 days, a laundry room with free access is provided.
The location is as strategic and convenient as possible for spending an unforgettable vacation in our beautiful city. We are extremely close to the healing Burgas lye.
At your disposal, meters from the building, are two supermarkets with coffee machines, an ATM (on the side of the Flora supermarket), fast food restaurants such as Speedy Burger, a grill, pizza, fruit and vegetable shops, a fresh bar, a pastry shop, several cafes, a pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars.
The area in front of and around the building is a green zone, with no restrictions on stay, with different opening hours depending on the season:
01 May - 30 September every day from 11:00 to 20:00 at a price of 1€/hour.
