SBR Bankya is located in the park of deciduous and coniferous vegetation in an area of 40 acres in the central part of the settlement with fully flat terrain. Built on 8500 square meters area in 1978. and since then functions as a place for prevention and rehabilitation of cardiovascular, central and peripheral neurological diseases.

The hospital is housed in two interconnected blocks - 5 storey and two storey entirely south of the hospital rooms and their terraces. On each floor of 5-storey building has one apartment with two beds, sofas, wardrobe, fridge, TV, phone and bathroom; four rooms with one bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, table, dressing table, TV table, chair, armchair and bathroom with all accessories; Twelve rooms with two beds and the same equipment.

The northern part of the hull is separated by a corridor of the hospital rooms and is occupied by medical offices, manipulation, offices with appropriate equipment. Eastern part of every corridor ends with a lounge with sofas and TV. The 5-storey building revealed a total of 150 beds. The same was renovated in the first half of 2002 and was put into operation in the month VII same year. All equipment of the rooms is completely refurbished. The floors communicate with basement by two elevators and a wide staircase.
