Separate studios in a family house, situated close to the sea. The rooms are on the third floor and each one has its own bathroom and balcony with beautiful view, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioner and television. The first studio is for two people and the second one is for three people (one double and a single bed).



The house is located close to the beach Kosata, also known as the beach by the mouth of Veleka river. The house has large yard and well-tended garden.



In the surroundings of Sinemoretz there are more than five beach lines where you can experience your great holiday in nature, and not far from the village runs the Veleka river where You can do fishing or boat traveling.
