Two apartments on the 4th floor and one apartment /loft/ on the 5th floor.



The apartment 1 on the 4th floor is for 5 people. It consists of 2 separate rooms. The first room is with 1 double and 1 single bed. The second with 2 single beds. There is a kitchen, bathroom, and 3 terraces.



The apartment 2 on the 4th floor is for 4 people. It consists of 2 separate rooms with 2 beds each, bathroom and 2 terraces.



The loft is on the last floor of the building. It is an open space with 1 double bed and 3 single. There is a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioner and 2 terraces. You can enjoy the sea view from the terrace or you can go to the beach in 5 minutes.



Prices:

For periods 01.06 - 30.06. and 01.09 - 30.09 /low season/:

First apartment - 140 BGN per day;

Second apartment - 130 BGN per day;

Studio - 140 BGN per day.



For the period 01.07 - 31.08 /high season/:

First apartment - 150 BGN per day;

Second apartment - 140 BGN per day;

Studio - 150 BGN per day.



Terms and conditions:

Accommodation - after 2 p.m.

Exemption of the apartments - up to 12 p.m.
