House Yoanna, Balchik offers 15 beds in total.

The house is located in the central part of town, near the art gallery and the municipality. Can accept 15 people.



On the first floor is the apartment which consists of entrance hall, two rooms/bedrooms/ respectively room with double beds and a room with three beds, kitchen, equipped with everything necessary /stove, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, sink/ and bathroom. Each room has cable TV, wardrobe, table and chairs.



The second floor is reached by a beautiful external spiral staircase. There are three rooms in which you enter a spacious terrace. Two rooms for three persons /one bedroom with a single bed, the second - with three single beds/. The third room has a double bed and two single beds. Each room has air-conditioning, private bathroom, refrigerator, cable TV, wardrobe, table, and chairs. For relaxing in these rooms has a separate common kitchen with stove, cabinets, kitchen utensils.



The yard has a seating area with barbecue. To the City Beach can be reached in 5-7 minutes. The Palace and the Botanical Garden - 30 minutes.
