A completely furnished apartment on the 4th floor, situated just a few steps away from the beauteous sandy beach of one of the most beautiful, calm and forested Black Sea resorts, St. St. Constantine and Elena, just 7 km from the heart of Varna and 15 km from Varna airport, 1km from supermarket LIDL.



It is suitable for couples, groups or families with kids. The apartment accommodates 6 people in its master bedroom with a wardrobe and a dresser, second bedroom with comfortable double pull-out sofa and a wardrobe, living room with double pull-out sofa, full bathroom, kitchen and a cozy panoramic terrace for relaxing with fresh drinks in hand after a long day at the beach. It is provided with an air conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, etc. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, built-in oven with hot plate and extractor, microwave oven, hot water kettle, sandwich toaster, and tableware. Prices include utilities, cleaning supplies, fresh linen and towels and parking.



St. St. Constantine and Elena is one of the last still wooded areas with both small private sandy beaches and spacious ones with modern entertainments. You may use spa procedure and swimming pools with sparkling water of the surrounding hotels, choose between many of the cozy beach restaurants, go to clubs or just take a walk to the coast among the pine trees.



There is a bus connection to both downtown Varna (20 min) and the Golden Sands resort (15 min). Taxis in Varna are also cheap and arrive within a few minutes!



Prices: Up to 4 people: October - April - 36 EUR, May – 46 EUR per night, June 51 EUR per night, July, and August – 82 EUR per night, September - 51 EUR per night. For extra people additional fee of 11 EUR per person.
