In a spacious shared courtyard, two separate guest houses offer a total capacity of 12 beds.

The two-story house offers:

- two double rooms and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor;

- one double and one triple room, plus two additional bathrooms on the second floor;

- a cozy dining room for up to 12 people and a fully equipped kitchenette – ideal for shared meals and gatherings;

The single-storey house offers one triple room with a private bathroom – perfect for families or small groups.

Within the same courtyard stands the Stariradeva House – an authentic Bulgarian Renaissance-era building and a listed cultural monument that preserves the spirit and atmosphere of its time It includes guest rooms for relaxation and a hall suitable for meetings and events of up to 20 people – ideal for seminars, workshops, and creative retreats.

The spacious yard is a wonderful place to unwind amidst greenery and tranquility, featuring a charming gazebo for outdoor relaxation.
