The Creative House of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) is located just 12 km northeast of Varna and only 500 meters from the Black Sea coast, between the popular seaside resorts of Golden Sands and Sts. Constantine and Helena. Its excellent location offers ideal conditions for a peaceful summer holiday and serves as a perfect starting point for exploring the Northern Black Sea coast.



The complex features 32 double rooms, 10 triple rooms, and 3 apartments, all with sea views, AC, private bathrooms, TV, and small refrigerators.



Conference and Meeting Facilities:

For conferences, seminars, and presentations, the Creative House provides two fully equipped conference halls and one meeting room:

- Hall 1 – capacity of up to 100 seats (theater-style). Equipped with a multimedia projector, white screen, and sound system (mixer, microphones, and speakers);

- Hall 2 – capacity up to 30 seats (classroom-style), equipped with a whiteboard and screen;

- Hall 3 – a small and cozy meeting room suitable for up to 12 participants.



All halls are air-conditioned, have natural daylight, and can be darkened when needed. Additional equipment includes a laptop, overhead projector, flipchart, and office supplies such as a laminator, binding machine, and paper trimmer.



Restaurant and Facilities



The on-site restaurant offers a spacious indoor dining area and a sunny terrace overlooking the sea. It operates year-round and is a great venue for corporate events, banquets, and family celebrations.



Guests can also enjoy a free parking area for up to 50 cars and a large garden for relaxation with sea views and a children’s playground.
