We offer you to enjoy your vacation with your family or in the company of friends in a cozy and extremely sunny house with an incredible sea view that can be seen from every room and every corner.



A total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are at your disposal: in the main house there are 3 spacious bedrooms with a sea view (one of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed), 3 bathrooms, one of them with a hydromassage bath, a huge living room with a fireplace, an Italian kitchen with all necessary appliances (coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, built-in cooker and built-in combined hobs - gas and electric, washing machine, double-wing refrigerator, etc.). In the yard next to the pool there is another small house with one bedroom and a bathroom.



All rooms have floor-to-ceiling French windows, which allows for a wonderful view of the sea and Albena, Kranevo, Varna, Balchik, and in clear weather to Cape Kaliakra.

For your convenience, the house also has: 5 plasma TVs, Wi-Fi, 5 air conditioners, Italian blinds, bed linen, towels, hypoallergenic synthetic down pillows, kitchen utensils, etc.).



There are parking spaces for 4 cars.



For your relaxation, we have also provided a 5-seater outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna, a green yard with a children's area (swings, slide, climbing frame, trampoline), a panoramic barbecue and a dining area, a beach area with a large, deep 190 cm seasonal heated pool.



Important! Check-in is after 4 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m.

Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of BGN 1,000 is payable, which is refunded upon departure after inspection of the property and if there is no damage.



Current prices per night:

- April and May: BGN 700/day with a minimum of 2 nights

- High summer season (26.06-12.09): BGN 1,000/day for a minimum of 4 nights

- Weak summer season (25.05.-25.06. and 12.09.-30.10.): BGN 850/day for a minimum of 3 nights

- Other season (01.11.-19.12. and 05.01.-31.03.): BGN 650/day with a minimum of 2 nights

- One-time cleaning fee - BGN 200
