Welcome to our cozy and extremely sunny house with an incredible sea view, which can be seen from every room and every corner.

At your disposal are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: in the main house there are 3 spacious bedrooms with sea views (in 2 of the bedrooms there is also a sofa bed), 3 bathrooms, one of which with a hydromassage bathtub, a huge living room with a fireplace, an Italian kitchen with all the necessary appliances (coffee machine, 2 dishwashers, toaster, microwave oven, built-in stove and built-in combined hobs - gas and electric, washing machine, double-door refrigerator, etc.). In the yard by the pool there is another small house with one bedroom and a bathroom.



All rooms have French windows to the floor, which allows you to discover the wonderful view of the sea and Albena, Kranevo, Varna, Balchik, Cape Kaliakra.

For your convenience, the house also has: 5 plasma TVs, Wi-Fi, 5 air conditioners, Italian blinds, bed linen, towels, hypoallergenic synthetic down pillows, kitchen utensils, etc.).

There are parking spaces for 4 cars.

For your relaxation, there is also a 5-seater outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, landscaped yard with a children's corner, panoramic barbecue and dining area, beach area with a large, 190 cm deep seasonal heated pool.

Important! Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

A refundable deposit of 1000 BGN /511,29 €/ is paid upon check-in, which is refunded upon departure after inspection of the property and if there is no damage.

- High summer season (from 26.06. to 12.09.): 1100 BGN/day /562.42 €/ with min. 4 nights

- Low summer season (from 25.05. to 25.06. and from 12.09. to 30.10.): 850 BGN/day /434.60 €/ with min. 3 nights

- Other season (01.11. - 19.12. and 05.01. - 31.03.): 750 BGN/day /383.47 €/ with a minimum of 2 nights

- One-time cleaning fee - 300 BGN /153.39 €/ (valid from 01.05. to 30.09. and holidays)
