Guest rooms in a family house, situated close to the sea. The rooms are on the second floor and each one has its own bathroom and balcony with beautiful view.



The house is located close to the beach Kosata, also known as the beach by the mouth of Veleka river. The house has a large yard and well-tended garden - in a quiet area of the village.



The rooms look out to the east with great sea panorama.



In the surroundings of Sinemoretz there are more than five beach lines where you can experience Your great holiday in nature, and not far from the village runs the Veleka river where you can go fishing or boat traveling.
