Near the building located entertainment facilities, bars, restaurants, spa and entertainments for young and adults. The museum of Salt and Sanatorium are in 15 minutes wallk distance.



The beach, adjacent to the building offers water sports : water skiing, yachting, surf rental pulling with rings.

It has modern equipment and includes a separate living area with sofa and possibility of sleeping, lounge area with sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen /fridge, kettle, tableware/, bathroom with shower, toilet, hall with wardrobe and balcony.



The interior with orange accents reminds of sunny Spain and create a home-like feeling of comfort and peace. The studio has all necessary amenities for family with children or a single couple. It is equipped with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, cable television, Internet connection.
