House Minchevata house, Usoi offers 20 beds in total.
The guest houses are located 3 km south of the town of Elena, on the road towards Tvarditsa. They are situated in a scenic mountainous area in the Balkan Mountains.
The first house, which accommodates up to 12 guests, is built in the traditional Bulgarian Revival style and has two floors. The ground floor features a traditional dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two double bedrooms. The second floor has four additional double bedrooms. All rooms have private bathrooms, internet access, and TVs with satellite channels.
The second floor also features a large covered veranda with a table and chairs, offering beautiful views of the rock formations "Markov Stone" and "Rayuv Stone", as well as the scenic hiking trails leading to the "Turtles" rock sanctuary.
The second house, which accommodates up to 8 guests, is built in a modern style and also features a traditional dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. It has three private bedrooms: two triple rooms, each with one double bed and one single bed, and one double room with a double bed. There are also two bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with TVs and satellite television.
The kitchens in both houses are spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to store, prepare, and serve homemade meals. They include a cooking stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, extractor hood, all necessary kitchenware and utensils, a TV, a large dining table, and chairs.
Guests staying in either house have access to an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, large parking area, children's play area, a small barbecue, and a large barbecue area suitable for up to 30 people. The houses are heated by a wood-fired central heating system.
The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and large barbecue are shared by guests of both houses.
