House Buki, Saint Vlas offers 20 beds in total.

Our guesthouse is located on a quiet street in the charming seaside town of Sveti Vlas. Nestled at the foot of the Eastern Balkan Mountains and right next to a peaceful pine forest, the house offers stunning views of the bay of Sunny Beach and the ancient town of Nessebar from its south-facing balconies.



This is a family-run guesthouse, where hospitality comes first. All guests are warmly welcomed by the much-loved Grandpa Ivan, who is always ready to help and make your stay comfortable and memorable.



We offer seven bright and cozy rooms—ideal for two or three guests—as well as one spacious apartment with a panoramic sea view. Each room features a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, wardrobe, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.



The apartment includes a bedroom and a living room with a pull-out sofa, two armchairs, and a kitchenette—a perfect choice for families or longer stays.



Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, a barbecue area with tables and seating in the garden, and a cozy sitting area in front of the house—ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings.

The guesthouse is located just 1 km from the central beach of Sveti Vlas and only two blocks from the town center. Its location combines the peace of nature with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and the sea.



A nearly nineteen-kilometer-long eco-trail network stretches along the foothills of the Eastern Balkan Mountains and includes three main routes: Majestic Balkan, Azure Coast, and Millennial History. The first trail is 8 km long, the second is 4.7 km, and the third covers 6 km. Each route leads to scenic peaks offering breathtaking panoramic views.



Along the way, hikers can encounter rare and protected plant and animal species—some of which are listed in Bulgaria’s Red Book of endangered species.
