Sinemorets is the pearl of the Southern Black Sea coast, famous for its pure and untouched nature, where you can enjoy picturesque landscapes and beautiful bays of Strandja Park. Next to Vasilevi guesthouse, there are shops, restaurants, a children's playground, a park, and a bus stop.



We offer you two or three-bedrooms that are equipped with a flat-screen TV and satellite TV, a fridge, wireless internet, a sea-view terrace, a private bathroom for the triple room and a bathroom on a double room. The yard is a beautiful and pleasant place with lots of flowers and treasures where you can enjoy tranquility and home-like coziness, have your morning coffee or eat. For grill lovers, we offer a barbecue.



There are two beaches in the village, and there are still beautiful bays and opportunities for ecotourism. The North Beach located at the mouth of the Veleka River is just a 10-minute walk away and the central beach is about 15 minutes away. Water boaters on North Beach (Hair) offer kayaks, catamarans, a boat trip along the Veleka River. Here is a paradise for fishermen. At the Butamyata Beach, there are water bikes, jets, horseback riding, and many beachfront restaurants. Only 15 minutes on foot from Butamyata you can find the beautiful and virgin beach Lipite, as you will see the beautiful landscape of Sinemorets that will enchant you forever. 7 miles from Sinemorets is the beautiful Silistar beach.
