The complex has two hotels with a total of 164 rooms, studios and apartments. All rooms are nice with sea views and comfortably furnished for relaxing. The rooms have balconies, television, telephone and mini-bar.



The park complex has a large main restaurant - Chinar- and a seafood restaurant on the beach. Restaurant Chinar has a large inner hall and a spacious outdoor terrace under the shades of century-old plane trees. It has over 200 seats and the dishes are from the traditional and the International cuisine, garnished with selected drinks.



The outdoor swimming pool in the park and the pool-bar are suitable for those who like to drink cocktails on the sun beds. The lobby bar is great, with a huge terrace overlooking the green Park.



The hotel complex has two conference halls suitable for organizing both small workshops and seminars, and large events.
