Vanessa House (guest rooms) provides tourists with very good conditions for a pleasant and peaceful holiday at sea. It is located 300 m from the coast, with a beautiful view from the eastern terraces of the sea and the town of Sozopol, in a quiet and peaceful area, close to the city center.



It has a bed capacity of 14 beds, as follows:

- Apartment for 4 people (two double rooms, on the first residential floor, with a sea view);

- Two triple rooms (blue and yellow) on the second residential floor;

- Studio with a kitchen for 4 people, on the ground floor, especially suitable for families with small children and the elderly.



All rooms have a private bathroom, terraces, flat-screen TV, digital TV, air conditioning, refrigerator.



Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house.



In the garden area there is a Vanessa club, adapted for a summer kitchen, equipped with a dining room, fireplace, electric grill and stove, 60-inch TV, digital TV, bar counter with coffee maker, dinnerware, karaoke music system. Here you can prepare your own food and consume it for free (full self-service), as well as spend pleasant moments with your company. Applies only to guests of the house!



We also have a children's corner, equipped with swings, a slide and a trampoline with an additional area for the parents of playing children.



Possibility for car owners to use parking in the immediate vicinity for a fee of 5 euros / 9.78 leva per day (50 m from the house).



Beaches: the closest is the Central City Beach - about 400 meters away or a 5-7 minute walk, especially suitable for families with small children. Other nearby beaches - those of Camping Chernomorets and Camping Gradina (King's Beach) - are about 2 km away.
