The villa is located on the first line from the sea, 30 meters above the mussel beach and a two-three minute walk from the Arapya beach.

The bed base is 22 places - 4 double, 2 triple and 2 quadruple rooms. Each room has its own terrace, which offers a direct beautiful view of the sea and the beaches of Arapya.

Other amenities that will make your stay more comfortable are: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV and internet. Toilet and bathroom in each room. Landscaped yard and places for relaxation and eating. On the roof there is a panoramic terrace that will leave you breathless, with a 360 degree view of the entire bay all the way to Maslen Nos and Strandzha. It is equipped with two massive barbecues, a table and chairs, for relaxing with a glass of wine.

We accept well-behaved pets for a sanitary fee of 5 leva per day for your stay.

Nearby you will find restaurants, grocery stores and a surf and diving school located on the beach.

Pedal boats and jet skis can be rented from the large beach.
