Apartment Sea Scent is located in the central part of the city and right next to the Central Market, also called Krasnodar, 3 minutes from the ideal center, 5-6 minutes by car from the Central Beach, right next to the Primorets Hotel and close to the attractive Dock 5 complex. There are the Marine Station, from where boats to St. Anastasia Island depart every day, as well as two duty-free shops.



The apartment offers all the necessary amenities for a modern and contemporary home.

It is located in a new building (quiet cooperative) with an elevator, on the 4th penultimate floor.



All residents have a terrace on the first floor. It can be reached by elevator.



Apartment Sea Scent has two bedrooms (for 4 people) with air conditioning, a large living room with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, a terrace (next to the adult bedroom) with a laundry area. Both bedrooms are furnished with large beds and new mattresses.



Luxurious bed linen is provided, which is changed weekly, and towels - changed every 3 days.



The kitchen is modern and is equipped with a ceramic hob, a separate oven, a Schwarzkafe coffee machine and another one that works with Italian coffee capsules, a toaster, an electric kettle, a convector oven with 16 functions, a new dryer (on request).



A compliment for our guests: a free stocked bar (more like a refrigerator), tea and coffee, a hot drink for children.

We recommend you to visit the island of St. Anastasia! Many musical groups and artists visit the island. Theater performances, concerts and Greek evenings are organized, which makes the experience unique and memorable. There is also a nice restaurant, famous for its fish soup and grilled kebabs.

The island can be reached by boat, which has a bar and air conditioning. The visit includes a walk and a talk with a friendly guide.
