House Villa Aya, Smochevo offers 20 beds in total.

Villa Aya is located at 650 meters altitude, Smochevo village, 15 kilometers of Doupnitza towards Rila Monastery. The picturesque village is nestled at the foot of Rila mountain among picturesque scenery and fresh air. It is 70 kilometers from Sofia and 20 kilometers from Blagoevgrad.



In the summer the place is suitable for picnics and walks in the cool of the mountains, and in winter - winter sports, thanks to its proximity to the resort Panichiste.



Built and operated from the beginning of 2012. Furnished with its own style and specifically designed for tourism. Along with a beautiful view, which offers the Rila and Pirin mountains, it is a great place to relax with friends, family celebrations and entertainment.



The villa has three floors.

On the ground floor: dining room with 30 seats, fitted kitchen /dishwasher, oven, utensils, washer/, seating area, TV and fireplace, steam bath.

On the first and second floor: 8 rooms / 4 rooms on each floor / - in four of the rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Some of the rooms have a balcony.

Third Floor: 1 studio /bedroom with two extra beds/. 1 apartment of two rooms / bedroom, living room and sofa/. All rooms have private bathrooms, including a bidet, shower and bathtub in the studio.



Guests cook their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen for the purpose. By appointment with the manager, we offer typical local dishes from home Bulgarian cuisine.



Villa Aya has a large garden and also a BBQ, cable television, outdoor covered barbecue to part with 30+ seats, outdoor pool, steam bath, outdoor playground with house and sandpit, covered and open parking, large meadow with hammocks and tents
