The villa is situated near the enchanting oak’s forest of the Nature Reserve of Strandzha, ten or fifteen minutes walk to two lovely beaches, a few minutes from the main street with many restaurants and grocery stores.



We offer cozy and comfortable accommodation in a pure and fresh air atmosphere full of birdsong and flowers.



In a large yard with a lovely and varied vegetation may be deserved rest with a drink in hand, away from the hectic lifestyle.



At your disposal is a dependency with a dining room, fully fitted kitchen with oven and barbecue, where everyone can make culinary fantasies and experiments. At any time coffee, tea and mineral water are at your disposal for free!



Our younger guests can enjoy undisturbed the playground, play tennis оn table and run around the yard fully secured.



And for those who cannot leave their laptop we have a wireless internet connection.



To not lose time to wash clothes by hand and because there are others things to do, we have a washing machine at your disposal for free!



We can organize for you banquets, fishing, hunting or riding horses in good company.



We also offer parking for your car in our enclosure.



The villa is open all year and during the cold days you can spend a pleasant staying in front of the fireplace in the dining room, tripping around in the national natural park for bird watching for example. Rooms are heated with central heating system.
