The guest house is located in the charming Rhodope village of Turyan near Smolyan. It offers its guests coziness, peace, quiet, and beautiful views of the Rhodope Mountains. Here you can enjoy an amazing atmosphere and tranquility. Clean mountain air, many attractions nearby. 1200 m above sea level.
It features a seasonal pool, its own tavern with a fireplace, a covered veranda, an outdoor barbecue, and a green yard.
The house offers accommodation for 9+2 people, distributed over 2 floors in 4 separate bedrooms – 2 double rooms, 1 triple room, and 1 room for 4 guests. Each floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Note: When staying with pets that stay inside the villa, a fee is charged: 10 BGN for small breeds, 20 BGN for large breeds. In case of damages, you cover the corresponding cost determined by the owner of the property.
The tavern is located on the ground floor and has a water dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all necessary utensils, an oven stove, 2 refrigerators, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric grill, tikla (stone grill), sach (clay plate), washing machine, and dryer.
On the covered veranda, for your convenience, there is also a coffee machine, microwave, large sink, and dishwasher.
Heating during the winter months is provided by a fireplace connected to radiators and convection heaters.
Outside the house, we provide a secured yard with a seasonal pool, a summer shelter for 10 people with 2 charcoal barbecues, a year-round jacuzzi for 6 people (80 BGN/day), a children’s area, and an outdoor toilet. For a varied stay, we offer not only relaxation areas but also sports facilities – table tennis, billiards, foosball, swings. Parking spaces
