The house offers accommodation for 9 + 2 people, distributed over 2 floors in 4 separate bedrooms - 2 double, 1 triple and 1 room for 4 guests. Each floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
When staying with pets living in the closed parts of the villa, a fee of € 5.11 for small breeds, € 10.23 for large breeds is charged. In case of damage, you will bear the corresponding cost determined by the owner of the property.
The tavern is located on the ground floor and has a water dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped, with the necessary utensils, stove with oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric grill, tikla (stone grill), basket, washing machine, dryer.
On the covered veranda, for your convenience, there is also a coffee machine, microwave, large sink and dishwasher.
Heating during the winter months is with a fireplace connected to radiators and convector stoves.
In the outside part of the house we provide a secure yard with a seasonal pool, a summer shed for 10 people with 2 charcoal barbecues, a year-round jacuzzi for 6 people (40.90 € / day), a children's playground and an outdoor toilet. For your varied vacation, we have provided, in addition to relaxation areas, sports areas - table tennis, billiards and table football, swings).
