Apartment Nadejda (Knyaz Dondukov Str.) is by the sea and for NON-SMOKING ONLY! Capacity 4 persons. It consists of two separate rooms and includes a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen area, a corridor and a bathroom/toilet.

Apartment Alegria (Voden Str.) is 100 m from the Opera and 500 m from the beach, next to Starbucks Cafe. Created for connoisseurs, with a capacity of 2+1 persons, the apartment is designed as a large luxury studio. A living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and a terrace are separated in the total volume.

The apartments are located on the first floors of the buildings. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds 160/200 with comfortable mattresses. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. In the living rooms there are functionally separated corners for relaxation, eating and cooking. The sofas can be used for sleeping. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, oven or microwave, coffee machine, hot water kettle, toaster, dining table, dishes and utensils for eating and preparing food. There are washing machines, and a dishwasher in the luxury apartment.

Both apartments have two air conditioners, two LED TVs and free Wi-Fi. In the luxury apartment, the TVs are SMART.

The parking on the street is payed.

Check-in after 2PM. Check-out until 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out only if possible and for a fee.

The prices listed are for one or two guests. For each additional guest you can pay BGN 10 per night.
