On the first floor, there is a hallway, a WC with shower and an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a direct access to a patio and a BBQ zone. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with an access to a balcony, from where reveals a nice view, a family bathroom, and a storage room.



As the lounge is furnished with a sofa bed, 8 persons can sleep in the villa with no problem. Bed linen and towels supplied. The kitchen is equipped with all cutlery and the basic stuff needed for a comfortable stay.



There are Air-conditioning in each room, Wi-Fi and cable television, garden furniture, BBQ and foldable sunlayers.



Rental rates per week /7 nights/: till - 19.06 – 310 Euros; 20.06-05.07 - 400 Euro; 06.07-25.08 – 515 Euro; 26.08-10.09 - 415 Euro; after 11.09 – 330 Euro.
