Yalta Holiday Village is located in direct proximity of the sea, the picturesque southern slope of the Gulf of St. Sunny Beach, below the road at the junction of Sunny Beach to St. Vlas.



The settlement includes the hotel on three levels and 8 massive 3-story villas with a restaurant and lobby bar by the pool. Functional determined as 24 apartments of 50 m2 on each floor, a living room with mini kitchen and bar, TV, sitting area, large landscaped terrace, overlooking the sea and the old town of Nessebar, a bedroom with mini bar, TV, Wi Fi internet, balcony, hallway and bathroom.



It includes 6 large apartments (2 rooms), 9 luxuriously furnished double rooms with extra beds.



The villas are situated in richly landscaped paths, rockeries, an outdoor pool and picturesque exotic ornamental plants. Each villa has a wonderful view of the bay of Sunny Beach and the island of the old town of Nessebar, which is a place of unique historical sites.



The location of the holiday village at the foot of the sloping mountain oak and pine forests provides airflow from the mountains to the sea with fresh mountain air rich in oxygen.
