The house was completed in early summer 2009. The building is determined in the Renaissance style, located in Nessebar - The Old Town. Convenient place for a long vacation on the beach and for a short break among incredible sights. The house is located 50 meters from the beach. From the terraces is found incredibly beautiful view to the Black Sea.



The house has three floors. There are 5 rooms with two beds, 1 room with three beds, 1 apartment with four beds and a studio with three beds. From every room opens to the great Black Sea views, quiet, tranquility and comfort expects You here.

On each floor are different number of rooms, each has its own style and design. Each room is furnished with new furniture to order, has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, most rooms has a terrace with beautiful view of the seaside.
