This studio was purchased and renovated in the Fall of 2020. It is located in Todorini Kuli directly across from the Kempinski Hotel and Gondola Station. It is a great location any time of year. There is a ski depot at the main entrance of our building where you can rent equipment and store them there in the evening - we can negotiate a discount for you! Mountain bikes and ATVs can be rented and excursions can be booked at various outlets on our street. We are located directly on Bansko's Main Street, Pirin Street and the old town is just a 15 minute walk down Pirin Street. Bars, restaurants, pools, fitness, spas, mini markets, tennis courts, shopping and much more can all be found within a few minutes walk from my building. There is a paid parking lot behind my building and we will give you a discount voucher. There is also a 3phase charger for electric cars for a charge of 20BGN per charge.



The studio is compact and comfortable for up to four people. There are two Ikea Click Clack Sofa Beds that extend to sleep two people each. There is a Smart TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a double electric hob, microwave, hotel style fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dinner ware, and cookware. The dining area seats 4 people. You will also have access to a storage room where you can store skis, bikes, and luggage.



Breakfast and packed lunches can be delivered to the flat for an additional charge. BG Market delivers groceries to your door for orders over 50 lev. You need to go to www.bgm.bg to register and place your order.



A representative will be happy to greet you upon arrival during working hours. Alternatively you may opt for self check-in and retrieve the key from the lock box outside of the flat. I am here to answer any questions you may have before or during your stay.
