If you want to fully enjoy your holiday and relax in a relaxed atmosphere, welcome to one of our nice guesthouses. They are beautifully situated on the very shore of the Cherni Vit River, at the foot of the Balkan Mountains. Ideal for serene family vacations, joyful gatherings with friends, or business meetings of an informal character. If your company is larger, you can use them all together.
The Boyana and Vita Houses are one-storeyed, newly built and offer a living room, a dining room, a kitchenette, three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, a shared bathroom, and a service room. The dining room is for 8 people and is a nice place to eat and drink during the winter days. On warm days everything happens in the yard.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare your own food - a refrigerator, a stove, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and household equipment are available.
At one end of the yard of Boyana house, there is a covered barbecue with a dining table. Here you can bake a lamb in a specially designed oven, make a delicious grill or just take a shadow in the chatter. At the same time, there is a nicely arranged seating area, which is convenient for morning coffee, as well as for afternoon rest and long dinners with friends and family, and even for work if someone has to turn on the laptop. There are 3 parking spaces in the yard.
Vita house has a large and pleasantly planted yard. On one side borders a river and on the other a forest. At one end of the courtyard, there is an open terrace with access to the river. There are 2 parking spaces in the yard.
Brevita house is a 2-storey, newly-built and offers two separate apartments - one with a single bedroom for 2 people and an apartment with two bedrooms for 4 people.
The two apartments have a common yard and a common covered terrace, each of which has a separate seating area on the common terrace.
The yard is secured to the river. There are 4 parking spaces.
