Hotel Chiflika, Pismenovo offers 32 beds in total.

Built in 2005, Ethnographic Complex Chiflika welcomes during all seasons. The complex consists of hotel part with an inner tavern, an outside restaurant, a handicraft and ethnographic corner, a magnificent spacious courtyard, and a mini zoo.

This boutique hotel has 9 double, 2 triple-bedrooms and 1 apartment. Each room is equipped with tv, minibar, local heating and of course – the indescribable view of the Strandja Mountain.



During summer, the garden is the most beautiful place to see. More than 120 roses, a large variety of flowers, arranged on more than 10 acres, combined with Strandja forest creates a unique atmosphere and offers a chance to reconnect with nature.

The outside pool is where you - our guests relax during the long and hot summer days.



There is also a dedicated kid’s corner where you will find our smallest guests.

The outside restaurant has a capacity of 300 guests and welcomes guests during the summer from all parts of the world. It is the perfect venue for a special occasion event. Chiflika is also one of the few places in Bulgaria, where you can try the traditional Bulgarian recipes.



The inner tavern has a capacity of 60 seats and is designed in typical Bulgarian ethno style. The warmth of the fireside, the taste of red wine and the perfect service contribute to the entire unique atmosphere of the tavern and make it one of the favorite places of our guests in the winter.



During winter time we organize a broad variety of hunting trips for every taste - big, small, winged, etc. We take care of your stay, providing accommodation, guides, and transport while you focus on your marksmanship.
