The premises are located on two levels (marionette type):

First level - living room with sofa bed, table, flat screen TV 32 inches

Kitchen box with sink, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, glasses, plates, coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar.

Bathroom - shower, soap, bath towels, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo.



Second level - bedroom:

Large double bed measuring 160 x 200, wardrobes, clothes hangers, bed linen, extra pillows and duvets

Additional amenities - iron, hair dryer, ironing board, clothes dryer, books to read, mosquito nets, blackout curtains

The building has no parking, it is located in a blue zone, as an alternative there are several parking lots nearby.

- SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN!

- no pets

- no parties and celebrations

- quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m

Check-in after 2 p.m

Release until 12:00

In summer time you should be aware of the potential noise from the night clubs on the beach and the flow of tourists
