About us:

The guest houses Listvenitsa 1 and 2 are located in the village of Banya. The combination of warm mineral water springs, fresh mountain air, and the serene location make it a wonderful destination for a relaxing holiday. Our houses are located in a closed complex with 24-hour security on the grounds of the five-star hotel Therme and offer an amazing view of one of Bulgaria's more beautiful mountains - Pirin.

The municipal center is Razlog. The regional administrative center is the town of Blagoevgrad.



Furnishing:

Each of the two houses has four bedrooms, including an infant cot, three bathrooms, a kitchenette and a spacious living room.

The heating system is a thermal pump with underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

Each room has its own smart TV set.

Guests receive access to a high-speed internet connection.

In the kitchenette, you will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, ceramic hot plates, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and an electric water cooker.

Each house has its own laundry room.

The spacious yards have beautiful hedges and trees as well as jacuzzis for five persons with mineral water, as well as porches where you can take your meals and gas barbecues.

Each house has two parking places.

No pets and no smoking allowed.



Food and drinks:

You can prepare your meals as you please. Alternatively, you can use the restaurant of the Grand Hotel Therme. A price list is available in the lodgings.



Spa:

The use of all spa facilities of the Grand Hotel is possible but requires additional payment.



Activities in the region:

There are multiple ski trails near Bansko, about five kilometers away. Also, you can explore multiple eco trails in the nearby Natural Parks Pirin and Rila. About 25 km away are the Rila Amusement Park and the Dancing Bear Park near Belitsa which is open from April to November
