I am renting a fully furnished and equipped excellent large and practical three-room apartment in the Arcadia Sunny Beach complex (see the exact location on Google or on the map below). The location is close to Cacao Beach and public transport stops. In the immediate vicinity there are year-round shops, a bookstore, offices, the SOT headquarters at 161 and many others.

The complex has luxurious common areas, excellently organized, maintained and with controlled access. It has a large swimming pool, private parking with remote control (portal door and use only by users), a nicely landscaped yard, a place for walks and rest, reception and other amenities.
