House Dotsov

House Dotsov, Barzia offers 13 beds in total.

Dotsov Guesthouse is located in the village of Burzia, 6 km away from the town of Berkovitsa and 70 km from Sofia. The house is situated in the village centre on a small quiet street, where a wonderful panoramic view to the mountain could be seen. The village of Burzia is also a starting point to many tourist spots - KOM ski-complex (30 min by car), Klissoura Monastery (10 min), Lopushanski and Chiprovski Monastery, Belogradchik Rocks (1 hour).

Dotsov Guesthouse is a detached house of 3 floors, with a large yard and a terrace.

1st floor - a large dining room, where guests can prepare their meals in a fully equipped kitchenette with utensils, crockery, refrigerator, cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine. The dining room also has a pleasant pellet fireplace, 2 dining tables for 12-14 people, soft furniture (two pull-out sofas), LED SMART TV.There is also a bathroom on the same floor.

2nd floor - here there are three rooms distributed as follows:

- Room 1 - with three single beds, bathroom with toilet, terrace;

- Room 2 - with one and a half person bed and one single bed, suitable for 2 or 3 people (the bathroom of this room is located on the first floor);

- Room 3 - with bedroom for two, extendable armchair, bathroom with toilet, terrace.

3rd floor

- Room 4 - attic room, converted into a studio with a small bedroom and 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet, terrace.

All rooms have a private bathroom (one of the rooms on the second floor has a bathroom and toilet outside the room), TV, WI-FI internet and a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Total maximum capacity of the house - 13 people.

Since the summer 2020 the house has its own seasonal pool.

You can also take advantage of the public mineral pool in the village of Barzia.
