Every room has its own air-conditioner which is very effective during both summer and winter seasons. Two of the bedrooms have big double beds and the third room has two separate single beds. In the apartment, there is also a baby cot and in one of the bedrooms, there is an extensible sofa armchair. The sofa in the living room is extensible too.



The capacity of the property is 6 people but in case it is needed, the extensible sofa in the living room can also be used and thus the capacity would go up to 8 people.



The price of the property changes according to the number of people hosted. It is an absolutely independent place which means that only one group of people will be accommodated for a certain period and as our guests, you will not share any space with others except people from your group.

There are many bars and restaurants nearby. Also, Old Craftsmanship Street is a couple of minutes away and many more of the cities special places too. And the best thing is you can reach most of them on foot.
