Sunny Villa is located high on a hill in the villa area of Izgrev, also known amongst the locals as Goldfish. The villa is perfectly located between the beautiful coastal town of Balchik, that is full of great restaurants and dining out options and the popular wide gold sand beach resort of Albena, ideal for long days spend at the beach.



There are 5 double bedrooms. The top floor offers you a complete and spacious master bedroom suite with a shower and toilet ensuite. There is also a rattan set of furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or you can take in the stunning views from the large terrace with a set of two folding chairs and a wooden table.



Going down one floor you will find 3 of the other bedrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. On the same floor, with access from the corridor, two of the bedrooms can use one bathroom with shower. There is also another third - private bathroom with bathtub, adjoining to one of the bedrooms. There you also find a convenient wet room with the washing machine, ironing board and washing rack, but to get there, you need to go through one of the bedrooms. There is a fifth bedroom with a toilet and shower on the ground floor with direct access to the pool patio.



The living room on the ground floor combines 3 areas - a large leather sofas with 6 seats for an afternoon rest in front of the TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area with 8 chairs. Right under the canopy of the living room is outdoor table and chairs for a total of 10 people.
