The Guest rooms House Garden Vita are located in the eastern part of Sofia city, only 4 km from Sofia Airport on a road without traffic jams. There is also relatively easy access to the central part of Sofia by car or a combination of car and metro (the nearest station is about 2 km).



Our guest rooms are on the first floor of a two-floor house with a separate entrance to the courtyard and to the floor. The guest room floor consists of an entrance hall, a vestibule, two rooms - each one with two single beds and one folding bed, also providing good comfort for rest and sleep. Both rooms are air conditioned.

Shared spaces: entrance hall, vestibule, bathroom with toilet, kitchen with appliance and washing machine.

Free Wi-Fi.

External thermal insulation of the house. Windows with improved thermal (K-glass) and sound insulation.

Greens in the yard. Clean air, quiet place (referred to Sofia).



Free parking spaces in front of the house fence.

Guests can enjoy the green area in the courtyard for exercise or meditation.

Guests can also join as volunteers the work in the garden (Vita Garden).

The place allows to feel the real atmosphere of the life of ordinary people outside the central part of town.

At the same time, 25-40 minutes by car can be reached the city center (administration, museums, entertainment, theaters, etc.).

The location of the house allows for a quick and easy access from / to Sofia airport and/or exit from the city to the main part of the country - to the northeast, east and south.
