House Lilac hut, Beledie Han offers 23 beds in total.

Lyulyaka Kostinbrod Chalet is located in the valley of Kriva Reka River, Sofia Mountain, 8 kilometers from Kostinbrod and 20 from Sofia.



The building is after major renovation, water supplied, electrified with local heating. It is a two-storey building with a capacity of 23 beds: 8 rooms with 2 beds, one with 3 beds and one with 4 beds with two shared bathrooms per floor. The number of beds in the rooms can be changed if necessary.



The chalet has a parking lot, tavern, dining room, free internet, TV and offers a rich Bulgarian and Spanish menu.



Starting point: Belidie Khan village - 1.5 km along the asphalt road (0.20 h on a direct path), the road to the hut is asphalted.



There are good conditions for climbing and many caves in the area of the hut and the adjacent sites. Climbing rocks are located from the hut upstream along the river, 10-20 minutes depending on the massif.



For lovers of maximum safe climbing on equipped trails there are about 10 ready trails.
