There is also a terrace (you can smoke there.)

The bus stop is 10 meters from the building. The center of Burgas is 7 minutes by bus and 20-25 minutes on foot. The beach is 20 minutes on foot.

About 500 m away you will find Mall Galeria Burgas - the biggest Mall in Burgas.
