Depending on your needs, the apartment can accommodate from 2 up to 6 people. It has a kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms, a living room (with an entrance to one of the bedrooms), a hallway, a toilet, a bathroom and two balconies (smoking is allowed only there). The living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa which can easily be transformed into a bed for two people.



The apartment offers a comfortable stay for families, friends, business travellers and single adventurers in a fully internally renovated housing with brand new furniture, located right next to the Sea Garden in Burgas, and at a walking distance from the city centre.



It is within less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, the tennis courts, the horse riding stables, the open-air swimming pool and the ample restaurants and cafes. And less than 20 minutes walking distance from the therapeutic basins with healing mud and lye – the largest free SPA centre under the open sky, located in the nature reserve area of the Lake Atanasovsko, known also as the bird heaven of Bulgaria.



You can also combine your stay with visits to cultural and sport-related events in the open-air theatre and the various centres and spots in the Sea Garden and the city centre.



There is Wi-Fi, a TV, iron, an iron board and a hair drier. The kitchen has installed cooking facilities from top-class, and additionally a microwave oven, a toaster and an electric kettle. It also has a fridge, a washing machine and all kinds of pottery, cutlery, pots and pans.



Please do not smoke inside the apartment (ONLY on the balconies)!

The apartment is located in a block of flats and for this reason please respect the house rules, e.g. keep calm between 14:00 and 16:00 and after 22:00h, and generally avoid noise in the staircase.



It has a view to the Sea Garden, Lazur stadium and living houses. Near there is supermarket, children's playground, beauty salon, fitness centers, indoor pool, restaurants, cafeterias.
