In House 1 there are 4 separate apartments, 3 of which are for 4 people or 2+2, a bedroom and a living room (with equipped kitchen, sofa bed, refrigerator, TV, free Wi-Fi internet and a large veranda overlooking the sea), and the fourth is a VIP apartment for two (suitable for newlyweds).

In House 2 there are four bedrooms with separate WC and two children's rooms - a total of 6 bedrooms. Large living room with modernly equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 2 refrigerated showcases, coffee maker, toaster) - up to 12 seats.

Kapitan Niko Apartments are 100 m from the beach. The beach of the district. Kraimorie is extremely suitable for small children, the beach is long and shallow.
