The holiday house is situated 30 km south of Plovdiv, in the Rodopi Mountain. The vacation village is at 1420 m altitude in a pine-beech forest. The area is suitable for skiing, biking, and hiking. There are several ski trails in the region with ski lifts, as well as marked hiking trails, which lead to the villages of Hrabrino, Kuklen, Markov, Izvori, and Asenovgrad.



The resort offers rooms with 2 beds, 3 beds, and bedroom suites, 30 places altogether. Every room has a private bathroom and toilet.



The hut has food and dinning area, a conference room and recreational room that could be used for a variety of purposes, such as parties, games and other everyday or casual use.
