Prado Beach Boutique Hotel is located in the quiet northern part of Sunny Beach and is one of the few hotels on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, which are located on the sand.

There is a bus stop on a tourist car train with the final destination Nessebar-Old Town next to the hotel, as well as a public transport stop on the boulevard.
