This two-storey stone based Bulgarian rustic house can accommodate up to 9 people and is situated in the village of Shiroki Dol in the beautiful Rila Mountains between one of Bulgaria’s largest ski resorts Borovetz and Lake Iskar, the reservoir that supplies the capital Sofia with drinking water, it is equidistant from both, 15 minutes drive. Belchin Bania, famous for its spa mineral facilities as well as the recently opened historical complex Tzari Mali Grad is an only 20-minute drive away.



The area is perfect for ecotourism in the summer and one of the best places in the Balkans for winter sports.



Vila Velikula is a 2-storey stone based restored house. The two floors are connected from the inside with a wooden staircase; however, the house has two separated entrances from the outside. The house is heated by electric radiators and wood burners.



The two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds. In the second bedroom, there is a king-sized bed and a single bed, a wood burner and satellite television. Also on the ground floor, there is a bathroom/toilet with shower cabin.



On the second floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, fridge/freezer, cooker with two integrated ceramic hobs, extractor, washing machine and wood burner.



A beautiful view unfolds from the kitchen windows to the pine forest that borders the back of the house.



Also on the second floor is the lounge with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, two armchairs, coffee table and satellite television. There is a second bathroom on with a corner bath, toilet, and a shower.



For your convenience, we provide bedding, towels and an iron.



There are two parking spaces available at the front of the house.
