Jivka's cottage is situated at new settlement Glavatartci, on the shore of the picturesque artificial lake Kardjali.
The house is 6 km away from the town of Kardjali, 256 away from Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria, 25 km away from ancient fortress Perperikon, 40 km away from temple Tatul and 17 km away from cave Vulvata.The house, built in 2004, is made from natural building materials - stones and woods - as in old Rodopian architecture tradition. The exciting combination of comfort and rural makes Jivka's house tempting place for ease into your vacation.

The guest may take a rest in three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with two beds and one bedroom with three beds. Each bedroom has air-conditioner and is designed in restored and hand-made furniture. In the two bathrooms you may take a relax bath in the hydro massage panel and separate WC. Modern equipment kitchen, spacious dining-room, window seat with Sat- TV and a cosy fire place, big terrace with barbeque, panoramic view.
