The hotel is situated 24 km south of Plovdiv, in Rodopi Mountain. The vacation village is at 1200m altitude in a pine-beech forest. The area is suitable for skiing, biking and hiking. There are several ski trails in the region with ski lifts, as well as marked hiking trails, which lead to the villages of Hrabrino, Kuklen, Markov, Izvor and Asenovgrad. The hotel offers rooms with 2 and 3 beds, bedroom and apartment suites, 60 places altogether. Every room has a private bathroom and constantly running hot water. The hotel has a conference room, a central heating system, coffee and snacks vending machines, and a restaurant with Bulgarian kitchen.
