The villa is in Shipkovo village, 20km away from the town of Troyan. It is located on a north slope of Central Stara Planina mountain with a picturesque view, near Mineral springs Shipkovo, Cherni Osam river, which offer perfect conditions for tourism and relaxation.
The villa accommodates 20 people in
10 double rooms with own bathroom in each one
a dining-room for 40 people with fireplace, a bar, an audio system and satellite television. It is suitable for family anniversaries.
