The stylish, modern complex Belle Air is situated in the north-east part of the most favorite and popular Bulgaria sea resort-Sunny Beach.

Set in tree-sea front area famous with its healthy air, with wonderful view of the Sunny Beach Cost from almost every apartment, the complex is away from the night live noise, but at the same time if you decide to enjoy the night live, all the entertainment of the resort are only five minutes drive by car.
If you don’t have a car the bus stop is comfortable situated just in front of the building, with regularly passing public transport.

The first impression of complex is that you’ll be never disturb from hundreds of neighbors as the apartments in the building are only twenty which is making Belle Air ideal for peaceful holiday- in beautiful ,relaxed environment, with views to the sandy beaches only 150 meters away and set within the amazing landscape of Balkan Mountain.
You just need to park your car at our free of charge car-park and enjoy your drink, relaxing around the privet swimming pool, walk in the park or play with friends on the sandy beach and swim in the warm sea.

The apartments are air conditioned (winter-summer), with their own security system, tastefully decorated, fully-furnished, comfortable and cosy with wonderful sea view terraces.
Imagine enjoying long, lazy hours on your own private good size terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, or perhaps dining in the open air watching the sun set.

Sports facilities are available everywhere nearby the complex, including a tennis court, water activities, horse riding and others. The newly build yacht port-the biggest in the area- is on 15 minutes walking distance from the complex.
There are also several restaurants, bars and a big supermarket around in the area.

At Belle Air you can truly feel close to the nature, as squirrels and rabbits share the habitat in the only park in the area in front of the building. The feeling of hospitality and comfort is unmistakable. The Belle Air ambient is like an escape from the daily world, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
