Description:
The apartment is situated in new mansions, located in the newly built part of Ahtopol, only 100 meters far from the seacoast.

There are two rooms (a bedroom and a living-room), kitchen-box and bathroom with a toilet.

Both of the balconies, adjoining to the rooms, have marvelous sea and forest view.

The apartment is fully furnished and provided with two TV sets, satellite television, as well as full kitchen fittings including a microwave oven, coffee machine, cooker hood, deep-fryer, washing machine and houseware which provides you the comfort to choose and prepare your meal.

Each room has a double bed; at our guests’ disposal in the living-room there are also a stretchable couch, dining-table, refrigerator and a TV set (cable TV); the terrace is provided with chairs and a table.

The bedroom has a double bed, cable TV, as well as an iron with ironing-board. There is a table with chairs on the bedroom terrace, which also has a sea view.

The kitchen box and the bathroom/toilet are between the rooms and are separated by doors, which gives the convenience of two separate, self-contained rooms. Therefore you can use the kitchen box and the bathroom without disturbing the other occupants.

The area around the apartment is quiet and peaceful; the sun shines far into the afternoon; the seawater is pure; the nature is typical for the Strandja Nature Park. The easterly exposure of the rooms ensures fresh atmosphere and beautiful view.

The apartment is suitable either for family vacation or for a holiday with friends. The capacity is 6 people (if the stretchable couch is used).
