It is part of a residential complex consisting of 4 identical houses with common landscaped garden.
It is situated in a village which is 12 km away from the famous seaside resort of Sunny Beach, 17 km from the historical town of Nessebar and 34 km from the city of Burgas and the International Airport.

You can be in the centre of the summer life just in a matter of minutes. And if you are sick of the noise and party you can relax at home.

The house has two floors. The first one contains living room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The second one is divided into 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a verandah with a fantastic view of the Stara Planina Mountain.

The villa has a BBQ area for your family dinners in the garden.
